- Open Judge's Eyes - Questions Judge Open Judge's Eyes Editor, Times-Union: I've lived with my biological dad all my life.Then a woman marries my dad and adopts me.We could hardly ever talk to our real mom anymore.Then this whole divorce situation happened between my dad and stepmom.My sister and I told Judge Reed (Rex Reed) that we wanted to live with our dad.He blew me and my sister off and is making us live with our stepmom.What now? If I live with my stepmom, I'll have no contact at all with my real mom.I'm only 14 and it's like someone is saying, "would you like an ulcer with all this pain." This should not be happening to someone as young as me.Someone should open up Judge Reed's eyes.

Editor, Times-Union:First off, I believe that the state and county highway departments have done a very good job this winter.
Editor, Times-Union:Within the past few weeks, I had heard that the governor of California had “overturned” the death sentences for those individuals on that state’s prisons “death row.”
Editor, Times-Union: I’m a student at Harrison Elementary School. I am especially concerned about the middle schools in Warsaw not having a soccer team and I am sure there are others who would agree too.
Editor, Times-Union:All summer long now I’ve driven north into Warsaw on Ind. 15 past the high school and all summer long I’ve been disgusted when I look at the tattered United States flag flying in front of Warsaw Community High School.
Editor, Times-Union: The old Fox Farm Road–Lake Street “curved intersection” obviously was a challenge at times and I’m really glad that it’s gone. This is one location where a roundabout really could and does works nicely. With that being said, it only works as good as the people driving in it can make decisions quickly and logically.
