Death Row & Abortion

Posted
Editor, Times-Union:
Within the past few weeks, I had heard that the governor of California had “overturned” the death sentences for those individuals on that state’s prisons “death row.”
I find it very amusing how these idiotic politicians can get all squeamish in regards to a cold-blooded, merciless butcher and coward who attacks and murders defenseless children, women or men. Yet, these some elected hacks see absolutely nothing wrong with the filthy, evil practice of “abortion on demand.”
I believe some of it has to do with political pressure from the Hollywood elite; all of these actresses, showgirls, directors, producers, etc. who don’t take precautions to prevent pregnancy (both genders), so killing the “product of conception” for them is a “righteous cause.”
It was said many years ago that one day we would awaken to find that the America we used to know would change to such a degree that we would not recognize it anymore.
I look at what America is today, compare to it what I grew up in, and I despise the nation I see today.
Some folks shout “It’s time to take back America!”
In reality, it is too late. We have allowed the murders of untold millions of innocent babies via abortion.
We have allowed these moral degenerates on the various courts across America to free cold-hearted murders, only to see them kill more helpless victims.
We have allowed these useless morons in a handful of governor’s offices to “overturn” the capital punishment sentences for the scum of the earth.
I’m so glad Illinois executed John Wayne Gacy before that one idiot governor halted that states death penalty law.
I believe when a jury sentences a criminal to death, that sentence should be able to halt such sentences without positive proof to the contrary that a convicted person is “not guilty.”
Politicians halt executions, but not abortions.
What about Terri Schiavo, the woman in the “vegetative state?” Her adulterous husband had no right, whatsoever, to speak on her behalf; yet officials let him kill her.
