Editor, Times-Union: I am writing this letter in regards to Carl Sowers’ contributions to Young Tiger Football and Cheer. Carl has worked hard and put a lot of time and effort into making Young Tigers a success. He always works hard to help find different fundraising opportunities and to make Young Tigers known to the community. He has spent untold hours in fundraising efforts. Some of his better-known efforts are his work on making Fribley Field a reality. He helped to find donors for the Fribley monument and the concession stand. He also helped with the raw materials required such as the cement and the sod. He didn’t leave any stone unturned in building Young Tigers into an organization that has helped hundreds of boys and girls. He cares about the community and tries to make it a better place for everyone. He is a very hard worker. I am glad to have him on board as a valued team member of Young Tiger Football and Cheer. I believe that his work ethic and experience will enable him to contribute to the city council. Allan Ross Warsaw
