BOURBON – Carole M. Koontz, 77, of Tippecanoe, passed away at  8:05 a.m. April 1, 2012, in her residence, in the care of her family. She was in failing health.

MENTONE – Erlene Ida Irwin, 84, formerly of Rochester and Talma, died at 4:50 p.m. June 3, 2012, in Hickory Creek, Rochester, where she resided.
