SYRACUSE – Esmond Campbell, 86, formerly of Syracuse, passed away July 29, 2011, in Peabody Retirement Community, North Manchester. He was born Oct. 15, 1924, in Bridgeton, to Ona and Minnie Low Campbell. On Aug. 3, 1946, he married Patricia Herter, who survives.
