Last year, the Warsaw and Concord football teams played two of the best games in all of the Michiana football season. On Friday night, the two sides met again for their first meeting of 2025. This one did not have the drama that last year’s clashes did, as the Minutemen dominated the second half en route to a 38-7 win to spoil the Tiger homecoming.
It’s been a long time since the Warsaw volleyball team was thoroughly tested in Northern Lakes Conference play, but Thursday night’s match against rival Plymouth gave the Lady Tigers exactly that. Each point was a war, and the Lady Pilgrims rose from the dead on numerous occasions to make Warsaw work for everything. In the end, the Lady Tigers were able to find a way to finish the job in a 3-1 win.

Honoring nine different players for Senior Night on Tuesday, the Warsaw boys soccer team welcomed their rival NorthWood Panthers to the Tiger Soccer Complex for a Northern Lakes Conference clash. The home side honored their seniors in the best way possible: with a massive win. Warsaw took down the visitors 5-0.

Looking to begin Northern Lakes Conference play on a high note, the Warsaw girls soccer team did exactly that on Tuesday, scoring early and often en route to a wire-to-wire 8-1 win over Plymouth at home. Five different players scored in the victory.
Coming off of two big wins at the Carmel Round Robin over the weekend, the Warsaw volleyball team looked to be continuing to be rounding into form on Monday night. The Lady Tigers looked downright dominant at times during a straight-set, 3-0 victory over Homestead at the Tiger Den.
In what was an instant classic to begin the season, the Warsaw football team answered the call in their opening night game against Fort Wayne Snider Friday night, winning 38-30 in a game that featured five lead changes and a tie.
By now, the entirety of Warsaw knows the story: the 2024 Warsaw football team was sitting at 3-3 after a shocking loss to Plymouth before rattling off seven straight wins. Four of those came in the playoffs, sending the team to the state finals for the first time ever. They were defeated by a tough Decatur Central team, but the run to get there was one for the ages, bringing the entire community together and giving them something to cheer for.
The first home game of the season for the Warsaw volleyball team was a doozy on Wednesday night, as the Lady Tigers nearly blew a 2-0 lead before defeating Leo 3-2 at the Tiger Den in what was an incredible battle from both teams.
After opening the season with a loss to Carroll on Saturday, the Warsaw boys soccer team looked to pick up its first win of the season against Fort Wayne South Side at home on Monday. The team started slow but settled in nicely, getting into the win column with a 3-1 victory.
