    Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department reserve officer Ed Rock "sang" with Marie Osmond during Osmond's performance. Osmond enlisted a little help from Rock during her rendition of Patsy Cline's "Crazy."

    The Welcome Wagon of Warsaw recently completed its bowling season and the "Pick-Me-Ups" team of Diane Voss, Tammy Neiswonger and Ilene Gallentine won the top trophy.

The single high series went to the "Shooting Stars" threesome of Mona Shoot, Judy Kirsch and Elaine Thichava, with Linda Gold capturing top individual honors with high scratch game, high handicap series and high handicap game.

    Whit Gast, Akron, reported that 2,000 of the earliest tulips and 1,000 narcissus plants were in bloom at the Gast gardens, where visitors will be welcomed tomorrow.

    Giles G. Hoffer, manual arts instructor of the East and West Wayne schools, and Glen Longenecker, history and English instructor at Atwood, left for Sheridan, Wyo., and a visit to Yellowstone National Park. They will be accompanied as far as Denver, Colo., by Paul Winger and Mr. Hendricks, North Manchester.
