MENIFEE, Calif. – Thames Bowman, 79, formerly of Warsaw, passed away Dec. 26, 2014, in Menifee, Calif.

COLUMBIA CITY – John C. Bucher, 69, Columbia City, died at 7:08 a.m. Oct. 5, 2012, in Miller’s Merry Manor, Columbia City, where he had been a resident for the past week and a half.

PIERCETON – Jaime Lyn “Bubby” Fisher, 37, Fort Meade, Md., passed away at 10:18 a.m. Nov. 21, 2015, in Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, Md.

MENTONE – Barbara “Jodie” Cook Atkinson, 83, Indianapolis, and formerly of Mentone, where she and her husband Dr. David Cook practiced and lived from 1975 to 1984, passed away at 3:03 p.m. Sept. 1, 2015, at Community East Hospital, Indianapolis.

Aleta M. Montague, 66, a Warsaw-Winona Lake resident most of her life, died at 10:57 a.m. Nov. 13, 2012, in Parkview Hospital,, Fort Wayne, following a brief illness.

William B. Hopkins, 73, Warsaw, died at 6:17 p.m. Jan. 14, 2010, in Miller's Merry Manor, Warsaw.

ROCHESTER - Lucas Ray Manns, 25, of 6132 E. CR 250S, Rochester, died from injuries suffered in a vehicle accident Aug. 31 in Kosciusko County.

Pastor Charles H. Ashman, 87, died at 4:50 a.m. March 21, 2012, in Grace Village Retirement Community, Winona Lake, where he resided. Arrangements are pending at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw.

PIERCETON - Charlotte "Sharkie" Clutter, 52, of 3218 Shutt Avenue, Silver Lake, died at 6:37 p.m. Dec. 10, 2009 at Kosciusko County Hospital.

Charles E. "Chuck" McKenzie, 59, of 5133 S. Packerton Road, Warsaw, died at 4:17 p.m. April 3, 2007, at Sarasota Memorial Hospital, Sarasota, Fla.

Annabelle “Ann” Rae Zimmerman, 93, formerly of Warsaw, died Dec. 22, 2011, in Marshall Hospital Transitional Center, Placerville, Calif., after a long struggle with colon cancer and renal failure.

Gurney E. Smith Jr., 80, of 1321 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, died at 11:01 a.m. Jan. 19, 2008, in his residence.

Judith Ann McKeigue, 70, Warsaw, passed away at 3:30 p.m.  May 19, 2014, at her residence at Retired Tigers of Warsaw.

WABASH - Theda G. Snider Dawes, 75, of rural LaFontaine, died at 4:30 p.m. June 5, 2010, from injuries suffered in an automobile accident.

SYRACUSE – Alfred M. Crook, 75, Cromwell, passed away at 10:46 a.m. Aug.17, 2015, as the result of an automobile accident near Ligonier.
