William B. Hopkins, 73, Warsaw, died at 6:17 p.m. Jan. 14, 2010, in Miller's Merry Manor, Warsaw.
He was born April 22, 1936, in Rensselaer, to William B. Hopkins Sr. and Vicie England Hopkins. On Nov. 20, 1964, he married Louise Slone Hopkins, who survives.
A lifetime Kosciusko County resident, he was a member of Warsaw Baptist Church and worked for a number of years for Jomac Products, Warsaw, and for the State Highway Department.
Also surviving are: a daughter, Becky (and spouse Ernie) Farmer, Warsaw; two grandsons, Aron and Bryon Farmer, Warsaw; a brother, Robert (and spouse Carolyn) Hopkins, Warsaw; three sisters: Betty (and spouse Hobart) Ratliff and Linda (and spouse Steve) Bennett, all of Warsaw; and Sue (and spouse Gene) Blanton, Claypool. He was preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw, with Pastor Terry Bradford officiating. Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery, Silver Lake.
Calling is from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
