Winona Lake resident Connie Rufenbarger will be honored for co-founding and being the driving force behind the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Tissue Bank at the IU Simon Medical Center.
She will be honored today at the Red Cross Hall of Fame Awards by Greater Indianapolis Red Cross.
