Warsaw Community Public Library Board of Trustees Monday approved a new policy for non-residents purchasing library cards.
The board approved an increase for an individual card fee from $75 a year to $77 a year; and an annual fee for non-resident students and senior citizens increased from $37.50 to $39. The board also approved closing the library Aug. 3 and Sept. 1 and reopening Sept. 2 for a staff training day.
