In observance of Memorial Day, the city of Warsaw will be closed Monday. Monday's trash and recycling will be picked up Tuesday. All other days are unchanged. As a reminder, trash and recycling needs to be out by 7 a.m. Trash needs to be bagged and placed in no larger than a 32-gallon trash container with a tight- fitting lid and handles.
