Do you have an interest in learning techniques which can help manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, asthma, high blood pressure, heart or lung disease, sickle cell, pain, depression or other on-going health conditions, and helping others with that knowledge? If so, we are looking for you. REAL Services will be holding a free leader training for the “Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions” workshops. By participating in these workshops, you will learn techniques to build self-confidence and help manage chronic conditions. You will also be able to lead similar workshops in the future. Workshop participants will attend four sessions on Oct. 10, 11, 17 and 18 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The training will be held at the REAL Services, 1151 S. Michigan St., South Bend.
