n 4:59 a.m. Wednesday - Kevin Edward Smith, 34, of 212 N. Columbia St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to comply. Bond: $125.
n 6:13 a.m. Thursday - Todd Douglas Metz, 37, of 10 Yvonna St., Leesburg, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. No bond set.
