Left turns are prohibited for eastbound Center Street traffic at Parker Street. Adjustment of the traffic signal and the left turn prohibition are necessary for the volume of traffic and for the flow of traffic at that intersection during the road re-alignment project. Eastbound Center Street access to Parker Street is available via northbound Harrison Street to eastbound Fort Wayne Street where appropriate left turn lanes exist. The left-turn prohibition has been posted and upon approval of the Warsaw Board of Pubic Works will be enforced by the police. Offenders will be cited for disregarding a traffic control device and will face points on their driver's license for a moving violation and a fine of up to $500 (a class C infraction).
