Hope Rising is a unique approach to assisted living and dementia care desiring to open in Warsaw.
In an effort to collect additional data for a feasibility study they need data specifically from the Kosciusko County and surrounding community. They are interested in gathering information from the local families who have experienced placing a loved one in a healthcare facility. They are most interested in stories about experience in the areas of Alzheimer’s or other dementia and brain trauma, but would welcome any experience in the healthcare field for elders or young adults requiring a full-time healthcare facility.
