WINONA LAKE – On Monday, work began on milling and resurfacing the following streets in Winona Lake: Kings Highway from Argonne Road to Miller Field, Mineral Springs, Kings Court, Cherry Avenue, 11th Street, 12th Street, Second Street, College Avenue from Fourt Street to Seventh Street, Sixth Street from Kings Highway to Walnut Street, 13th Street and Wood Street.
Although streets should remain open to at least one lane of traffic, expect delays, especially on Kings Highway.
