In Court News for Nov. 9, it was reported that Vicki Bergman, 45, of South CR 400 East, Claypool, had applied for a marriage license with Timothy Max Brown, 53, Of East Brookfield Circle North, Warsaw. This is incorrect. Bergman applied fo a marriage licence with Michael N. Baur, 55, of North Kimberly Lane, Muncie.
