The Kosciusko Leadership Academy met Tuesday at the Bowen Center to discuss "Understanding Your Personality Preferences and Leadership Style."
Steve Grill, dean of community and non-traditional education at Grace College, led the session, exploring and explaining opposing spectrums of the four categories of the Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator.
Students were encouraged to evaluate their natural leadership style as one tends to lead in a manner consistent with their personality preference.
The next KLA session, "Planning for the Future of Kosciusko County," will be hosted at Zimmer Building 3, Main Street, Warsaw, Tuesday.
