Ind. 13 Closure Set In North Manchester NORTH MANCHESTER – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces that Ind. 13 in North Manchester, between Briarwood and Hillcrest Drive, is scheduled to be closed Tuesday at 7 a.m. to rebuild the railroad crossing. The detour is from Ind. 114 to Ind. 13. The work, which will improve the driving surface for motorists, is expected to be complete by 5 p.m. Aug. 28 weather permitting.
