MILFORD – Friends of Esther Hoover are raising money to help with her medical and related expenses from a serious burn accident that occurred in February.
Chairperson Kristina Long and 15 committee members from North Webster, Syracuse and Milford have a common goal and willingness to serve the Hoover family.
A spaghetti dinner, free will offering and a silent auction will be April 14 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Milford School to raise money for the Hoovers.
Through the response of the group to help meet the financial needs of the Hoover family, the community group asked for participation from others. Finding generosity of two community churches, North Webster Church of God, North Webster, and Wawasee Community Bible Church, Milford, the Milford School staff, local beef farmers and a home church group the dinner is a community effort.
