The city of Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department is offering free community paddle boarding from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday at Pike Lake Beach.
No registration is required.
An annual waiver and rules sheet must be signed by each participant, and it must be signed by parent for anyone under age 18. Participants under the age of 16 must have a parent in the water with them.
Paddle boards are available for community use. Paddle boards are first-come, first served and may be used in timed increments. All equipment and life vests are provided. All participants will be briefed on safety measures prior to paddle boarding. All paddle boarding will be supervised by staff.
The next community paddle boarding dates and time are noon to 6 p.m. July 31 and Aug. 7.
