Sue Ousley of the Outdoor Living Center was guest speaker during the recent Cookbook Club meeting.
She taught about brining to make meats moist, using rubs, grilling vegetables and chocolate chip cookies.
Samples included grilled pork loin, grilled mixed vegetables and grilled cookies.
The next Cookbook Club meeting is June 4 at 10 a.m. at Warsaw Community Public Library. Registration is not needed.
