In a story titled “Clerical Error May Change Claypool Board”, Kosciusko County Chairman Terry Bartley expressed his displeasure with Claypool Clerk-Treasurer Arlene Leiter over a voting ordinance. The original ordinance was passed in 2002. Leiter was not the town’s clerk-treasurer at that time.
