WINONA LAKE - Is your child safe? In Indiana, 91 percent of car seats are installed incorrectly. Most parents are unaware if their car seat has expired or been recalled.
Join Kosciusko Safe Kids Chapter for a free car seat clinic Saturday at the Village at Winona from 9 a.m. to noon.
All recalled and expired seats replaced for free while supplies last. Child must be present.
