Zook, Seitz Sweep Men’s League Athletes Of The WeekWINONA LAKE – On Saturday, Grace’s track and field team had its first home meet in program history. On Monday two Lancers, Joel Zook and Macallister Seitz, were honored as the Crossroads League Athletes of the Week for their performances in Grace’s historic meet at the new Bernard and Linnie Key Track and Field Complex. Zook had a busy day at the Lancer Invitational, winning three events. He set a PR in the 400-meter run at 49.96 seconds and also played a part in Grace's winning 4x100 and 4x400 relay squads. Since the invitational was Grace’s official opening of the Key Track and Field Complex, Zook will own a facility record in three events for at least one year. Seitz took first in the discus and third in the hammer. His heave of 49.39 meters in the discus met the NAIA "A" standard.
