Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals tonight will review a variance request for a daycare center in Warsaw.
Pastor Rick Johnson, Victory Rock Church, is requesting a special exception for a daycare center at 315 Cedar St. The petitioner also is requesting a preschool on the property that is zoned residential.
The board also will review a request from Mike Walton, Plank & Plywood Working, for a variance for retail sales and manufacturing at 202 S. Union St.
The petitioner is proposing to purchase the property contingent upon the approval of the variance. The property is zoned residential.
The board will meet tonight at 7 p.m. at city hall to review the requests.
