Zimmer Biomet Holdings Inc. announced Monday the completion of its previously announced acquisition of Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Cayenne Medical Inc. Cayenne Medical designs, develops and markets technically advanced soft tissue repair and reconstruction solutions for the knee, shoulder and extremities. Founded in 1927 and headquartered in Warsaw, Zimmer Biomet is a global leader in musculoskeletal healthcare, according to a press release from the company.
