A Warsaw woman was jailed after police said she nearly struck a police car.
Jill Christina Hahn, 31, of 630 N. Harrison St., Warsaw, was booked into Kosciusko County Jail at 11:23 p.m. Thursday night after police said her blood-alcohol content was nearly three times the legal limit and she nearly struck a Warsaw Police Department vehicle.
According to a report at the WPD, Sgt. Brad Kellar stated he was almost struck by Hahn's vehicle traveling on Buffalo Street in Warsaw.
Kellar stated the lights on Hahn's vehicle were off, and Hahn's vehicle ran a red light and jumped a curb.
After Kellar pulled Hahn over, she consented to a chemical test, which revealed a BAC of .21. The state's legal limit is .08.
The WPD report stated Hahn had a previous operating while intoxicated charge within a year, thus Thursday night's arrest resulted in a felony OWI charge.
