A Warsaw woman was arrested this morning in connection with a Jan. 23 stabbing incident.
Michelle Ann Poe, 22, of 409 N. Park Avenue, Warsaw, was booked into Kosciusko County Jail at 12:16 a.m. today on a charge of aggravated battery.
Poe is being held on $10,000 bond.
The arrest is a result of an incident that took place at 823 E. Clark St., Warsaw, Jan. 23.
That night Warsaw Police Department responded to a call of a man that was stabbed.
When police arrived they found Randy Haddan, 823 E. Clark St., Warsaw, had suffered several stab wounds, three to his stomach and one to his left lower back area.
Poe reportedly told police that Haddan returned to his residence intoxicated and attacked his wife and Poe. Poe allegedly said she stabbed Haddan in self defense.
Haddan was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital and later flown to Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne.
Because of the nature of his injuries, Haddan's condition was never released.
