WINONA LAKE - Sailboats of all sizes will take to Winona Lake for the fourth annual fall Sailboat Regatta.
The event will be Sept. 15-16.
Registration and breakfast for participants will be held both days at Winona Lake Park at 8 a.m. The first race begins each day at 10 a.m.
Anyone who has a boat is encouraged to attend the event, said Hudson Gallery owner Robert Hudson.
He said 12 boats participated last year, and there currently are three boats registered for this year's race. Participants in previous years have come from Ohio, Michigan and Indianapolis to participate in the event.
Hudson said there are 10 races planned Sept. 15, and five races planned Sept. 16, depending on winds. Trophies will be given to first, second and third places.
Sign-up registration is $45 per boat. Interested sailors should contact Hudson at 574-267-8737.
