WINONA LAKE – Winona Lake resident Katerina Chagan started a home floral arrangement business in 2011. The name of the business is Katerina’s Creations, and she offers floral arrangements for any occasion. She can put together floral baskets, center pieces and floral arrangements for weddings, graduations and birthdays as well as flowers for prom. “I took a two-hour class in 2011 at Ace Hardware, Warsaw, on how to make a centerpiece and I bought books of floral arrangements and started doing my own floral arrangements,” Chagan said. She is from Russia and lives in Winona Lake. The cost is $40 for a basket and $30 for flowers. Email Chagan at chagankaterina@hotmail.com for more information.
