Winona Lake Preservation Association Annual Meeting To Be Held May 12

Posted

WINONA LAKE – The Winona Lake Preservation Association will host its annual meeting May 12 at the Lilly Center for Lakes & Streams at Grace College, 806 Connection Circle, Winona Lake. Refreshments and a social gathering will kick off the evening at 6 p.m., followed by the annual meeting starting promptly at 6:30 p.m.
Key agenda items include a review of financial reports, updates on water quality and weed control efforts and an overview of collaborative projects with The Watershed Foundation. These joint initiatives focus on managing land within the lake’s watershed to reduce the flow of chemicals and sediment into the lake, which can contribute to excessive weed growth during the season.
