Winona Avenue Between South Detroit, Buffalo Streets to be Restricted

Staff Report-
The east and west portion of Ind. 15 (Winona Avenue) between South Detroit Street and South Buffalo Street is currently restricted due to water main work in progress until Nov. 14, weather permitting.
One lane of travel will remain open using flagmen, and all lanes will be open overnight.
However, Winona Avenue between South Detroit Street and the railroad tracks is completely closed to traffic.
East Winona Avenue is part of the city truck route and trucks should use East Center Street as a detour. Traffic should avoid these areas if at all possible.
