Whitko High School Names Valedictorian and Salutatorian

SOUTH WHITLEY – Whitko High School announced its 2013 valedictorian and salutatorian. Graduation is May 31. Holly Christina Frantz is this year’s valedictorian. The daughter of Mark and Julie Frantz, South Whitley, she plans to attend Butler University to major in biology. Her high school activities include cross country, track & field, basketball, volleyball, Students Against Destructive Decisions, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Sunshine Society, 4-H, National Honor Society, Whitley County Youth Leadership and Riley Royalty. Salutatorian is Stephanie Lynn Wheeler. The daughter of Michael and Amber Wheeler, Pierceton, she plans to attend Manchester University and major in biochemistry. Her high school activities include SADD, NHS, Art Club, Spanish Club, varsity bowling, varsity track and junior varsity softball.
