A West Virginia man was arrested Friday morning on suspicion of possession of illicit materials involving children.
According to police, James Carl Eames, 48, Petit Heights, W.Va., was arrested in the McDonalds parking lot off U.S. 30 Friday morning by Indiana State Police Officer Brandon McBrier after child pornography allegedly was found in the semi he was driving.Eames was booked into Kosciusko County Jail at 9:33 a.m. Friday and charged with child exploitation. His bond was set at $2,000, which he has since posted.
