SYRACUSE - A Fort Wayne man is in serious but stable condition at St. Joseph Medical Center, Fort Wayne, after a Saturday personal watercraft accident on Lake Wawasee.
Dr. G. David Bojrab, 37, suffered a broken left ankle and cuts to his head and scalp in the 12:20 a.m. accident.
According to a Department of Natural Resources report, Bojrab and and his cousin, Paul Bojrab, no age given, Fort Wayne, where both headed northwest on PWCs when G. David Bojrab turned left in front of the watercraft operated by Paul Bojrab. The two vessels collided.
Paul Bojrab was not injured in the accident.
G. David Bojrab was airlifted from the scene to Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne, and later transferred to St. Joseph Medical Center.
