Warsaw Police narcotics officers made two heroin arrests following surveillance Wednesday after officers observed suspicious drug activity. According to a Warsaw Police Department press release, narcotics officers made contact with Jesse Caudill and Brooke D. Slone and a Warsaw Police K-9 confirmed the presence of illegal drugs. Caudill, 23, Warsaw, was charged with felony dealing in a narcotic for heroin. He is being held in the Kosciusko County Jail with no bond. Officers also arrested Caudill’s girlfriend, Slone, 25, Leesburg, and charged her with felony possession of a narcotic after she attempted to conceal the heroin. She is also being held in the Kosciusko County Jail with a $5,250 bond.
