Warsaw Plan Commission tonight will review a request to rezone approximately 0.65 acres of land from residential to commercial.
If approved, the rezoning would allow for a proposed Martin's Super Market.
Martin's Super Market is requesting to rezone the lot directly east of the commercial outlot of the Menards subdivision. The supermarket is being proposed a quarter mile northwest of the Husky Trail/Parker Street intersection in Warsaw.
The property was rezoned and platted in 2006 for the construction of the Menards and future commercial outlots with an additional residential subdivision.
The commission also will review a request for a public way vacation of Husky Trail south of Mariner Drive near Menards.
The commission will meet tonight at 7 p.m. at city hall.
