A Warsaw man plans to help his family get a fresh start after winning $75,000 on a Hoosier Millionaire ticket he purchased at Warsaw Deli Mart. Denna Guss is the second Hoosier to claim a $75,000 instant top prize on the Hoosier Millionaire scratch-off game. Guss's win came courtesy of a 25th Anniversary Hoosier Millionaire ticket he purchased at the Warsaw Deli Mart, 3859 Commerce Drive. Like most winners, Guss was unprepared for the emotions that accompany realizing a lottery dream when he scratched the ticket and revealed a $75,000 prize. “I said, “Are you kidding me?’ I had to grab the counter because my knees got weak,” said Guss. The Kosciusko County man has lived in Indiana for about 20 years. His daughter, Amanda, one of his three children, went with him to claim the prize and she remembers watching the Hoosier Millionaire show growing up. For Guss, the windfall is an opportunity to help his family get a much-needed fresh start. “The money will allow me to bring my sister and her family from Utah to Indiana where they can have a fresh start after many difficulties,” said Guss.
