Warsaw Man Killed In Motorcycle Crash In Huntington County

A Warsaw man was killed Saturday in a motorcycle crash in Huntington County.
Harold L. Brandenburg Jr., 55, of Warsaw, was northbound on a 2012 Harley Davidson on Ind. 5, approximately one-fourth mile north of CR 600N, at around 4:30 p.m. Saturday. He failed to navigate a curve in the road, according to a news release, and hit a guardrail.
Brandenburg was ejected from the Harley Davidson, which came to rest on the embankment on the east side of Ind. 5. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Huntington County Coroner’s Office. The Coroner’s Office reported Brandenburg was not wearing a helmet and his death was ruled accidental, caused by multiple blunt force injuries.
The crash is under investigation by the Huntington County Sheriff’s Office and Coroner’s Office.
