One Warsaw man is in jail and another is dead after being found unresponsive Thursday night at a vacant duplex at 228 N. Fort Wayne Ave.
Warsaw police identified the victim as Randall Jones, 56, of 1401 Greenhill Drive, Warsaw.
Police booked Frankie Lee Poe, 40, of 704 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, into the Kosciusko County Jail on preliminary charges of residential entry to the vacant duplex this morning. Police say they consider Poe a person of interest in the death investigation and he is being held without bond.
