Posted
A Warsaw man was arrested Monday morning after he allegedly showed an eight-year-old boy pornographic material.
According to an affidavit of probable cause filed by the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office, a Koscuisko County Sheriff’s Department deputy spoke with the boy’s mother who said she found that Blaine Elliott, 32, of 502 Parker St., Warsaw, had been showing her son pornographic material.
Deputies then spoke with the boy who said during October of 2011, Elliott had showed him movies of adult male and adult females having sexual intercourse and engaging in oral sex, and this continued on several occasions until the fall of 2013. The boy told officers he would ask Elliott questions about what was happening and Elliott would explain what was occuring, and that Elliott would always show him the pornographic material on an iPad or his cellular phone.
Elliott told police that the boy had seen a nude photo of his ex-girlfriend on his phone and that officers would find a lot of pornographic material on his iPad.
He was arrested on two felony charges of disseminating matter harmful to minors and booked in the Kosciusko County Jail Monday morning. No bond was set.
