A Warsaw man is charged with sexual misconduct with a minor after allegedly fondling a 14-year-old girl.
Alan E. Earl, 31, was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail Monday morning after surrendering on a warrant for the Class C felony charge. Earl posted a $10,000 bond and was released.
According to court documents, Earl allegedly committed the offense Dec. 30 when the teen-ager was at his residence.
