A Warsaw man was arrested Monday on charges of criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor, and residential entry, a level 6 felony.
Logan Scott House, 21, of 1570 E. CR 300N, Warsaw, was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail Monday on a $5,250 bond.
According to the probable cause affidavit filed by the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office, on June 1 Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department deputy Cpl. Rick Oliver responded to a criminal mischief complaint at a Warsaw residence.  When Oliver arrived he spoke with a female victim who stated her ex-boyfriend threw a volleyball-sized rock at her car, resulting in a dent on the left side.
On June 8, KCSD deputy Shane Bucher spoke with the victim who stated her ex-boyfriend, House, followed her home on June 1. When she pulled into the driveway, House allegedly jumped out of his car and went straight into her residence without her permission or consent. House quickly exited the home and approached the female’s vehicle and threw a large rock at her vehicle, hitting the driver-side fender.
On June 13, Bucher spoke with House who advised he was intoxicated at the time of the incident and could not remember what he had done to the female’s vehicle. House told Bucher he was willing to pay for the damage done to the victim’s car. He also stated he did walk into the victim’s home and found another man inside, which made him angry.
