An employee of Service Liquors, 108 S. Lake St., Warsaw, reported a burglary at 8:07 a.m. Wednesday.
According the the Warsaw Police Department, an alarm control panel was damaged at the business. A cash register was damaged and $3,539 in cash and coins were stolen from the business. A metal safe, worth $100, and a two-wheeled dolly, worth $50, also were stolen from the business.
The total estimated loss and damage to the business is estimated at $4,389.
The incident remains under investigation by the Warsaw Police Department.
