In March 2025, a Kosciusko County Sheriff's Office deputy investigated a theft report. A woman said West had been allowed to use her debit card to run errands for her.
According to court documents, the woman said West made unauthorized transactions through an ATM using her debit card. Surveillance footage showed West withdrawing a total of $760 from an ATM between January and February 2025.
