Warsaw police are investigating the vandalism of several vehicles in the East Market Street area Tuesday night.
Reports of damage to vehicles started coming in shortly before 9 a.m. Wednesday.
Matthew J. Hoffert of Pierceton told Warsaw police he left his vehicle parked at the Warsaw Community Schools bus garage on East Market Street overnight Tuesday and discovered two tires cut on it on Wednesday.
Several vehicles in an adjacent vacant lot also were damaged. The vehicles, believed to belong to S&B Auto Sales, sustained multiple damages, including cut tires, broken windows, mirrors broken off and broken head- and/or taillights.
An employee of S&B Auto Sales, South Scott Street, reported two vehicles on the lot also had tires cut, and Joe David Shepherd of East Market Street had a tire cut on a pickup parked at his residence.
