United Way of Kosciusko County, Inc. has named Jeff McCaulley of Zimmer Holdings Inc., as the 2010 Campaign General Chair.
He received his bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Cincinnati and his MBA from Vanderbilt University. He has spent his 21-year professional career in the health care industry, working for GE Medical Systems, Medtronic, and WK Health, prior to joining Zimmer.
McCaulley and his wife, Kelly, moved to Fort Wayne last year after he was hired as the president of Zimmer reconstructive devices. He and Kelly have been married for 10 years and have two daughters, Kennedy and Lauren.
In addition to spending time with his family, McCaulley enjoys many sports and is an active pilot.
He has been involved with the United Way in many capacities throughout his career and recognizes the importance of the organization within the community.
Although he is new to Kosciusko County, he is looking forward to representing Zimmer in this year's campaign and getting to know more people and the unique characteristics of our community.
McCaulley is working to put together a dynamic team who will work with him throughout the year. His campaign cabinet members include: Debbie Yingling, Paragon Medical - Industry Unit Chair; Clint Marsh, Lake City Radio - Commerce Unit Chair; Keith Reinholt, Reinholt's Furniture - Professional Unit Chair; Tracy Furnivall, Baker Youth Club - Community Unit Chair.
United Way of Kosciusko County has narrowed its funding areas to focus on education, income, and health. By defining more specific support areas, United Way will be able to invest the resources raised with the intention to make sustained and measurable improvements in our county.
