WARSAW - Toxicology reports are in for Thurman Sparkman, the man who lead police in a high speed chase through Warsaw on June 17.
Sparkman's blood alcohol content was .28, more than three times the legal limit. He also tested positive for cocaine.
Officers are seeking more than 12 charges against Sparkman, including driving while intoxicated, fleeing law enforcement, criminal recklessness, reckless driving, public intoxication and being a lifetime, habitual traffic offender.
Sparkman was admitted to Lutheran Hospital in critical condition. No information on his current condition is available.
